Products delivered are broken, incorrect, or missing items.
We encourage customers to check the external condition of the package and products before making payment to ensure that the goods delivered match the type, quantity, and color specified in the order and that the external condition is unaffected (no breaks or scratches). If you encounter any issues, please refuse to accept the delivery or immediately inform our Customer Service Department so we can address the issue promptly.
